What materials are used in your jewellery?
Our materials are made of authentic freshwater pearls and quality grade stainless steel gold plated metal findings.
Are your pieces hypoallergenic?
We have a mixture of hypoallergenic and non hypoallergenic materials. These are included in the description to specify which ones are safe to wear for sensitive ears.
Are your products waterproof?
Unfortunately, these pieces are only water resistant. We do not recommend you wear them in water for long periods of time.
Although It can survive occasions like light raindrops and accidental water spills, just make sure to wipe them dry afterwards for proper care.
Can I request a custom piece?
Absolutely! We love working on custom pieces. Please send us a message through our contact page. We will make sure to follow your request and deliver them to you once it's done.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Yes we do. We also bring back old designs from time to time. Please follow us on instagram if you'd like to be updated or subscribe to our newsletter.
What sizes do you offer?
Our sizes are all in US sizing, offering various sizes to fit most wrists and necklines. All sizes are indicated in the product description for you to know.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to ship your orders in 3 business days depending on how heavy orders are for the week. It may take 5 days for a heavier order week.
You'll be notified ahead of time if there are any delays.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. Please take note that shipping costs slightly more expensive if you are from Europe, Central America and Australia since these are shipped from Asia — Philippines.
Can I track my order?
Once shipped, we will send you the tracking order. This is our standard practice.
For delivery courier apps like Grab or Lalamove (available only in Metro Manila, Philippines), we will send you a link to track the delivery driver.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygienic purposes. Once the jewellery is worn, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
For simplicity and transparency, we cannot tell if our customers haven't really worn them. So, as a permanent rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your jewellery item arrives to you either defective or broken upon opening, we will be gladly enough to take it back for fixing. Please read the next tab for further details.
What should I do if my jewelry arrives damaged?
Please do notify us and we will correct what needs correcting. We will not charge you for fixing a damaged item.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Please refer to our Jewellery Care menu located at the footer of this website.
Can I repair my jewellery if it gets damaged?
You can repair it if you wish.
We will only repair items for free if it arrives to you either defective or broken.

Where are your products made?
These are all handmade from the Philippines.

What makes your jewellery unique?
Our belief system revolves around seeing the beauty in the imperfect. So we spent about 6 months sourcing out uniquely shaped pearls and metal findings. This belief is carried throughout all our designs and we wish to keep it that way.
Can I send an item as a gift?
Yes you can. We will soon be including a gift option at check out, so you don't have to go through packing and sending your gifts by yourself. We will contact you on further details to ensure your gift will arrive at the right doorstep.
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
We do offer discounts and promotions and these will be announced at the announcement bar (the bar on top of this website).
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We can only accept cancellations on very selected cases. If you need to change your order, please get in touch with us and we'll sort this out for you.
